Mr. Lonnie Lance executed his will the day after he had been convicted and sentenced to a term of two (2) years in the state penitentiary for arson. On the 20th day of October, 1959, Mr. Lance went to his attorney's office, alone, where he told his attorney what he wanted in his will.
