Defendant was charged with the misdemeanor of negligent homicide. MCLA 750.324; MSA 28.556. He was found guilty as charged by a jury on June 11, 1975. On July 29, 1975, he was sentenced to a term of from 16 to 24 months' imprisonment. He now appeals by right. We reverse.
