OPINION

ROBERTS, Judge.

This is an appeal from a conviction for aggravated kidnapping. The jury assessed punishment at 60 years' confinement in the Texas Department of Corrections. Because the indictment fails to allege an offense over which the District Court had jurisdiction, the judgment must be reversed.
