This is an appeal from a conviction for the offense of aggravated robbery; the punishment is imprisonment for 16 years.

In view of our disposition of this appeal we will only discuss appellant's contention that the court erred in not responding to his timely written objection complaining that the court's charge did not include an instruction on the law pertaining to the voluntariness...
