Appellants Pettis, Black, Brown, and Cook were indicted for conspiracy to commit sexual battery and sexual battery. After a joint trial a jury found all appellants guilty on both counts. The trial court sentenced each to fifteen years imprisonment on the conspiracy charge. Pettis, Black, and Cook were each sentenced to thirty years on the sexual battery conviction, to run concurrently with their conspiracy sentences. Brown was sentenced to ninety-nine...
