MAUGHAN, Justice.

On appeal a summary judgment against plaintiff, hereafter lessor; and in favor of defendants, hereafter lessee. We affirm. Costs to lessee.

Lessor brought two actions. Both for the purpose of enforcing a declared forfeiture of lessee's interest in property, upon which was conducted a drive-in movie theater business.
