Mecom, Sr., Mary Elizabeth Mecom and U.S. Oil of Louisiana, Inc., together with their partial subrogees, The Travelers Indemnity Company and Aetna Casualty and Surety Company, and other parties by later amendment, filed suit for damages to U.S. Oil of Louisiana, Ltd.'s sulfur plant mining facilities located at Chacahoula, Louisiana.
