STAPLETON, District Judge:

This case is currently before the Court on a motion of defendant Melvin Slawik for leave to withdraw a plea of guilty which he entered on June 15, 1976 to a charge of obstructing a criminal investigation in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1510. An evidentiary hearing has been held in connection with this motion and the Court now makes the following findings of fact and conclusions of law based on the evidence there tendered...
