This is an action for employment discrimination on the basis of race. Plaintiff, formerly a customer service agent at John F. Kennedy Airport for Delta Air Lines, Inc. ("Delta"), was discharged on or about June 30, 1974, for failing to report to work without contacting his employer. He seems to concede that he violated Delta's "no show" rule, but contends that because he is black...
