Plaintiffs sought recission of a real estate contract and cancellation of a deed and deed of trust on a theory of fraud as to the boundary line of the property involved. The court, sitting without a jury, found for the defendants. Plaintiffs appeal, contending that the trial court's refusal to find in accordance with their proffered findings of fact and conclusions of law, was error.
