The Appellant, Carneil Lamar Davis, hereinafter referred to as defendant, and a Garonski Goodlow, were jointly charged, tried and convicted for the crime of Murder in the Second Degree, in violation of 21 O.S.Supp. 1973, § 701.2, in the District Court, Carter County, Case No. CRF-75-131.
