Windom brought this action pursuant to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq. and 28 U.S.C. §§ 1331, 1343, alleging discrimination on account of sex, denial of free speech, denial of her right to petition the government for a redress of grievances, deprivation of life, liberty and property without due process of law, and denial of equal protection.<...
