In this case we have concluded that the evidence, although it overwhelmingly demonstrates plaintiff in error's guilt of robbery, is not sufficient to warrant a finding beyond a reasonable doubt that he engaged in the robbery while armed with a dangerous weapon. Accordingly, we reverse and remand for re-sentencing.

The robbery occurred at a McDonald's Restaurant on the south side of the city of Milwaukee. A waitress at the restaurant testified...
