Mandamus brought at the relation of Hermitage R-IV School District to enforce a Board of Arbitration award, ordering respondent Hickory County R-I School District to pay Hermitage $52,393.49 resulting from boundary changes transferring property out of Hermitage into the Hickory District. The Districts were unable to agree on apportionment of the assets and liabilities resulting from the change and Hermitage appealed to the State Board of Education...
