Jacqueline O'Dell in her capacity as administratrix of the estate of Doyle O'Dell brought an action for the wrongful death of her husband against State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company (State Farm), Freeman V. Dulin and Chicago Motor Mart, Inc. After an entry of summary judgment on her complaint, O'Dell perfected this appeal as to State Farm in an attempt to secure relief through the uninsured motorist provision of her automobile coverage....
