GUIDRY, Judge.

Plaintiff brings this action for specific performance and damages as a result of defendant's alleged breach of a contract to sell. The trial court found that there was a contract to sell existing between plaintiff and defendant and that defendant breached that contract. The trial court awarded plaintiff damages in the amount of $1,315.00. Defendant appeals from that judgment. Plaintiff answered the appeal asking for an increase in the amount of damages...
