In this workmen's compensation case Georgia-Pacific Corporation (employer) appeals from an order of the circuit court, affirming decisions of both the referee and the Workmen's Compensation Board, requiring it to accept claimant's application for compensation benefits. The sole issue presented is that of causation, employer contending that the circuit court, like the referee and Board before it, erroneously concluded that claimant's employment activities...
