Appellant Ronnie Fears was charged by information with two counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, a violation of Ark.Stat.Ann. §§ 82-2601 et seq. (Repl.1976). Trial by jury resulted in a verdict of guilty on both counts.
