HOOD, Judge.

Pierre LeBlanc instituted this suit against Dr. John C. Greco to recover sums alleged to be due him for training defendant's race horses. Greco reconvened, seeking to recover damages from plaintiff. LeBlanc then filed other pleadings, including an exception of prescription to Greco's reconventional demand.

Trials were held on the exception of prescription and on the merits, and thereafter the following judgments were rendered by the trial court...
