Defendant Henry W. Tarnowski was indicted by two grand juries in this Federal District. The grand juries which indicted him were impaneled on September 29, 1976. On October 28, 1976, one grand jury presented its indictment against him in Criminal Case No. 6-81003, charging him with possession of goods stolen from interstate shipments (suntan oil and toy dinosaurs).
