RABINOWITZ, Justice.

Appellant Dennis Stange was indicted for the crime of embezzlement by an employee in violation of AS 11.20.280.1 Subsequent to the return of the indictment Stange made several pre-trial motions to suppress on the grounds that the evidence in question was obtained by means of illegal searches and seizures. Finding the searches in question reasonable, the superior court denied Stange's suppression motions...
