On May 20, 1976, defendant Paul Gordon Elliott entered a plea of guilty to one count of an indictment charging distribution and possession with intent to distribute cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). On June 24, 1976, this Court sentenced Elliott to the custody of the Attorney General or his authorized representative under 18 U.S.C. § 4082(a) for a period of three years with a special parole...
