This diversity case involves a dispute between two entrepeneurs over the proceeds from two separate real estate deals. Separate cases were filed but later consolidated for trial. Plaintiff Anderson claims that he was engaged in joint ventures with defendants for the acquisition, development and sale of certain real property in Minnesota and that he is entitled to a share of the profits of these joint ventures.
