Defendant was convicted by a Superior Court jury of murder in the first degree, 11 Del.C. § 636,1 and sentenced to life imprisonment. In this appeal he raises nine contentions, including the propriety of exclusion of evidence of medical malpractice and maltreatment as an intervening cause of death in a murder case, which we will consider in this opinion.
