Appellant Ellis Thomas was convicted after a jury trial on three counts of sale of narcotics1 and was sentenced on November 27, 1972, to a period of imprisonment of 10 years on each count, with the sentences on Counts I and II to be served consecutively and the sentence on Count III to be served concurrently.
