Plaintiffs Amana Society and Amana Refrigeration instituted this trademark infringement and unfair competition action against defendants Gemeinde Brau, Inc., Cold Spring Brewing Co. and Paul and Emma Zimmerman. Defendants are accused of infringing plaintiffs' "Amana" trademark by distributing "Amana Beer."
