The circuit court judge approved execution by garnishment of payments due the defendant Thomas McKellar Coke from the pension fund administered by the garnishee Memphis Light, Gas and Water Retirement and Pension System and enjoined the garnishee from making any future payments to the defendant until further orders of the court.
