OPINION

KELLEHER, Justice.

This is a workmen's compensation proceeding, in which the employee is before us on an appeal from a decree of the Workmen's Compensation Commission affirming a trial commissioner's finding that the employee was no longer incapacitated and that he could return to his usual occupation on a full-time basis. Hereafter we shall refer to the employee by his last name and to the employer as Molony & Rubien.
