These actions, which have been consolidated before this Court, are brought under 42 U.S.C. §§ 1983 and 1985(3) to redress alleged violations of plaintiffs' constitutional rights. Damages, both actual and punitive, as well as declaratory and equitable relief, are sought. Plaintiffs are members of the Police Department of the City of Cambridge.
