Defendant was charged by supplemental information of being the same person who had been convicted of two felonies and that he should be sentenced as an Habitual Offender. See §§ 40A-29-5 through 8, N.M.S.A. 1953 (2d Repl. Vol. 6, 1972). The jury found that the defendant was the same person who committed both offenses. Section 40A-29-7, supra.
