This action to cancel an oil and gas lease was brought by the appellants, who are the heirs and successors in interest to the original lessors, against the appellees, the present owners of the leasehold working interest. The appellants contend that the one producing well on the leased premises ceased to produce in paying quantities and that the appellees failed to maintain the lease in effect by the commencement of drilling or reworking operations...
