On January 21, 1976, Holman was charged by information with assault on the occupant of a house, robbery, and aggravated battery. He filed a notice of alibi pursuant to Fla.R.Cr.P. 3.200.1 At trial, defense presented alibi witness, Frank Ziegler, who stated that the defendant had been with him on the day of the incident on a Metro bus and that he and the defendant went to Goodwill Industries, where he [Ziegler] applied...
