HARRIS, Justice.

Defendant appeals his conviction of delivery of a schedule I controlled substance (LSD) in violation of § 204.401(1), The Code. We find his six assignments of error to be without merit and accordingly affirm the trial court.

The evidence taken in the light most consistent with the verdict shows the following. On March 19, 1975 Roger Timko (Timko), special agent with the Iowa division of narcotic and drug enforcement met Everett Hadley...
