This is an appeal by defendant from judgment of conviction entered after a jury found him guilty of the crime of false drawing of a check in violation of § 713.3, The Code, 1975. Defendant raises as an issue claimed violations of the Interstate Agreement on Detainers, chapter 759A, The Code.
