Larry Joseph Brown, appellant, is a federal prisoner incarcerated in the Federal Penitentiary at Terre Haute, Indiana. He is serving a twenty year sentence imposed on September 6, 1972, after he was found guilty by a jury of a violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2113(a), (d), armed bank robbery.
