This appeal is taken from a final judgment entered by the lower court which (1) rescinded a business lease entered into between appellants and appellee, (2) awarded appellee damages on its counterclaim against appellants for the breach of said lease and (3) awarded appellants damages on their claim against appellee for the reasonable rental value of appellants...
