PER CURIAM.

This civil action for negligence seeking to recover damages for injuries sustained by reason of a fall on the defendant store's premises was tried to a Superior Court jury. The cause appears before us on the plaintiff's appeal from a Superior Court judgment granting the defendant's motion for a directed verdict.
