Following a jury trial the appellant (defendant) was convicted of Burglary in the Second Degree and Stealing and was sentenced to two (2) years on each charge, such sentences to run concurrently.

On this appeal the defendant seeks reversal upon only one point, namely, that the court erred in overruling his motion for a judgment of acquittal at the close of all the evidence for the reason that the evidence was insufficient to establish...
