Instrument Corporation sued the Union de Tronquistas de Puerto Rico Local 901 in the district court under § 303 of the National Labor Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. § 1871 for damages caused by the Union's illegal secondary picketing and related activities directed at the Company in June 1973. Liability was resolved summarily against the Union, and the district court awarded the Company damages...
