Appellant was at the time these proceedings were commenced a nonlawyer county judge in Hernando County. Appellees, relators below, were arrested on misdemeanor charges which could result in the penalty of imprisonment upon conviction. See Sections 316.028, .029, .061, and 856.011, Florida Statutes.
