This civil action was filed in the Superior Court on June 10, 1975. The complaint alleges that Corina Culbert died on May 9, 1968 as the result of the negligent medical treatment that she had received 3 days earlier at the emergency room of a local hospital from the defendants—Joseph C. Flynn, a physician, and Stanis Lawson, a nurse. Three of the plaintiffs are decedent's minor children suing through and in the name of George...
