These six consolidated cases were tried together as suits for accounting. Arnold Thomas Seed Service, Inc., ("Arnold Thomas") is a processor of and dealer in alfalfa seed.1 The other parties are growers of alfalfa seed who were members of an alfalfa seed marketing pool for which Arnold Thomas acted as marketing agent under the terms of a written marketing agreement...
