Steven Mills brought suit against Pappas Chevrolet, Bill Allen Chevrolet and Keith Marsh Chevrolet, Inc., for the sale of an automobile which Marsh represented to be new and to have been driven only 137 miles, and which Mills alleged had been driven 3,000 to 5,000 miles. The court directed a verdict in favor of Pappas Chevrolet and Bill Allen Chevrolet. No appeal as to those defendants was taken. The jury awarded Mills $914.88 actual damages and $5...
