This petition for a writ of habeas corpus is predicated on the petitioner's assertion that his prospective incarceration at the Adult Correctional Institutions is unlawful because the participation by a partially deaf juror on the panel which convicted him denied him the rights guaranteed by the sixth amendment of the United States Constitution and art.
