This is an action for indemnity and/or contribution. Trial was before the court, and judgment rendered allowing full indemnity.

Jose Negrete, an employee of Jefferson Construction Company (Jefferson), was injured while working on the premises of Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company (Goodyear).
