Appellant, mother of nine-year-old Lolita Huitt, appeals from the order of the circuit court terminating her parental rights and thus freeing the child for adoption. We review the decision of the trial court de novo on the record. ORS 419.561(4). State ex rel. Juv. Dept. v. Zinzer, 20 Or.App. 688, 533 P.2d 355 (1975).
