Plaintiff herein was a football player with the "Buffalo Bills" Football Club for the 1973 and 1974 seasons. On April 12, 1973 plaintiff entered into the "Standard Player Contract" with the Bills with $15,000 agreed upon as the compensation. While playing in an exhibition game August 17, 1973, he suffered a fracture of the left forearm. Surgery for the injury was performed August 18, 1973 by Dr. Joseph Godfrey...
