In denying this writ, we feel compelled to comment that we interpret the opinion of the Court of Criminal Appeals as reversing the conviction and remanding the cause for a new trial on the "weight of the evidence" issue. A consideration of that issue was mandated by the earlier reversals and remandments of this cause by this Court to the Court of Criminal Appeals. See Ex parte State (In re: Seibert v.
