CLINTON, Justice.

The defendant, Jerold Knoles, was charged in the county court of Sarpy County with making an illegal U-turn on Interstate 80 in violation of section 39-651, R.R. S.1943. Trial was had in the county court where the defendant was found not guilty of the offense charged and the case was dismissed.
