The State of Alabama appeals from a judgment of the Circuit Court holding unconstitutional Act No. 447, 1975 Regular Session of the Alabama Legislature, effective September 22, 1975.

On November 25, 1975, appellees Joseph W. Dorrough and Cecil E. Norris were arrested for hunting deer at nighttime. They were subsequently convicted in the Inferior Court of Clarke County under Tit. 8, § 86, Code of Alabama 1940, Recompiled 1958, and fined...
